If your booking is with in 7 days, its best to call us as this is the quickest way to secure staff before we get booked out. 

How much notice do I need to make a booking?

It's best to give us as much notice as possible as our premium staff get booked out months in advance on busy dates. We can book staff on the day but it can be very difficult on busy days. It's best to give us a few weeks notice to secure your desired preferences. If your booking is less than 7 days away call us on 1800 972 833 (1800-X-RATED)

Can we choose the strippers or waitresses?

You do have the option to choose your desired performers if they are available. We ask for you to give us a few preferences when booking, If they are unavailable we will give you alternative options or recommend the best staff available. If you dont give us much notice when booking, we may only have limited staff available.

 

In what areas do you operate?

We have over 550 performers Australia wide and can service any area. Not all our staff are on our website, but look at the ones who are.

How do I pay?

You will need to pay a deposit by credit/debit card or bank transfer to secure the booking. The remaining amount gets paid in cash to the entertainers on the day. Once we have confirmed your booking we will send you a confirmation text with a full payment break down and outlining the amounts to pay the entertainers individually on arrival. We also have discrete billing.

 

Do I get to choose the performers?

You do have the option to choose your desired performers if they are available. We ask for you to give us a few preferences when booking, If they are unavailable we will give you alternative options or recommend the best staff available. If you dont give us much notice when booking, we may only have limited staff available.

 

What fees are involved with changing a booking?

If you have already made a booking and want to change times or locations then there is a $50 administration fee for us to rebook entertainers. In some situations we may not be able to change the booking as the entertainer may be booked out. Normal cancellation fees apply in this situation.

 

What fees are involved with cancelling a booking?

Booking Fees / Deposits are non-refundable once the booking has been placed and you will lose your deposit if you cancel the booking. If you cancel a booking within 24 hours of the booking, the full amount for the services will still be required to be paid. This covers our entertainer’s loss of income from other bookings. If you are booking an entertainer that is travelling from out of town, once you have booked it and confirmed by the entertainer you will be responsible for paying the TOTAL AMOUNT if you cancel the booking. This covers the entertainers cost for flights, accommodation, Hire Cars, Travel Expenses & Loss of Income.

 

What happens if the performer I pick cancels?

Exotic X Entertainment has strict policies to ensure our entertainers don’t cancel on your booking. Cancellation from our entertainers without a valid reason supported by documentation can result in the entertainer being fined and their contract cancelled with Exotic X Entertainment. However our entertainers are human and they do get sick from time to time and things can happen that prevent them from working on occasions. If the entertainer booked cancels, we will attempt to replace them with another entertainer. If we cannot replace the entertainer, you will receive a refund on the deposit you have paid to secure those services only. You are booking a service through Exotic X Entertainment, preferences on who you want to work is a preference and not a guarantee. If we replace the entertainer, then you will not receive any refunds.

 

Does it matter how many people are at our event?

 We need to know approximately how many people will be at the event. We need at least 3 people and there is no limit to how many people are there. If you have large groups of 50+ you may need to provide security or a safe environment for our entertainers. Please let us know at the time of the booking as our performers need to know these details. Misleading information may cause the perfomer to cancel on arrival if they do not feel safe or are not prepared for the size of the party. Refunds will not be offered if you provide misleading information at the time of the booking.

 

Will your entertainers or waitstaff perform for mixed (male & female) crowds?

Yes, however we need to know at the time of the booking as not all entertainer will perform for mixed crowds. If you do not tell us this, the performer may refuse to perform in front of mixed crowds. No refund will be given if you do not tell us this at the time of booking. 

 

Can we get a waitress to do a show on the night?

Not normally, Not all our wait staff do strip shows. Even the waitress you book does perform strip shows, they are usually booked back to back with jobs and can not fit in any other services. Its best to prebook all services to avoid dissapointment. If you decide you want to upgrade on the night, please call the agency and we will try our best to get a strip show for you. All services need to be called to the agency and not arranged with the performers directly. 

 

Will your performers or waitstaff provide individual lap dances?

Yes, however not all our wait staff do lap dances. Its best to prebook all services so we can send waitresses that do perform lapdances. If you decide you want to upgrade on the night, please call the agency and we will try our best to get a strip show for you. All services need to be called to the agency and not arranged with the performers directly. 

 

Can we upgrade our show once the entertainer has arrived at our function?

Our strippers are usually booked back to back with jobs and can not fit in any extended shows and may not have the props/equiptment to upgrade a show. Its best to prebook all services to avoid dissapointment. If you decide you want to upgrade on the night, please call the agency and we will try our best to get the performer to upgrade for you. All upgrades/extra services need to be called to the agency and not arranged with the performers directly. 

 

Can we extend a booking on the night?

Not normally, Our performers are usually booked back to back with jobs and can not fit in any other services. Its best to prebook all services to avoid dissapointment. If you decide you want to extende a booking on the night, please call the agency and we will try our best to organise this for you. All services need to be called to the agency and not arranged with the performers directly. 

 

Do I need to supply anything for the show?

Our Strip shows require a clean and dry surface of approx 3m X 3m. The stripper will generally bring a CD or IPOD to play for their show, please have a music player or DVD/TV we can use. The area needs to be private from the public. 

 

How much room do I need to make available for a show?

Our Strip shows require a clean and dry surface of approx 3m X 3m. We can perform in motel or hotel rooms but with limited space the performer may have to limit the show. Our strippers may also limit props in the show to avoid messing up the room. The area needs to be private from the public. 

 

Can we have a show or waitress at a licensed venue?

Yes, we can only go down to a g-string though. Topless waitresses or waiters are fine but not fully naked or nude. Strip shows are fine, however they can only go down to a gsting. Please check with the venue first. Licensed venues do not need an adult entertainment license unless the performers are going fully naked. 

 

Where can your strippers & wait staff perform?

Our entertainers come to your party. They can perform in most places such as: private houses, licensed venues (restrictions apply), Private function rooms, motel/ hotel rooms, boats charters, limos, camping huts & more.

 

Can I have topless/nude waitstaff or performers in a public place?

No, all wait staff and strip shows need to be in a private place away from the public. Private houses or private funtion rooms are perfect. Boat cruises are fine out at sea, camping spots need to be secluded and away from the public. Please call for more advise on your preferred location.

 

Can under 18’s be present at a function?

No, everyone present for the entertainment must be over 18 years old. 

 

Do drivers or security accompany your performers / waitresses?

Most strippers do have someone assist them with their strip show. Waitresses do not usually have any one present alothough they may bring a friend or driver. These people are not employed by Exotic X Entertainment and are not classed as security unless they have all the appropriate security licenses. Due the nature of this type of work and depending on how big the crowd is will determine whether they have security or a driver present. 

 

Can the wait staff party on after with us after the function?

No, our wait staff or strippers are not allow to stay back to party at your event after their paid services have completed. This is company policy and is also protects our legal requirments. You can call us to extend the services to allow the entertainers to stay back.  

 

Can I take photos or video?

Not normally, it is against our rules to take photos or videos and if you do this with out permission then the staff may leave with out a refund. Some entertainers allow photos but you need to ask first. Generally its before or after the show. 

 

Can I touch the performers / wait staff?

No, touching performers or wait staff is strictly prohibited unless the performer directs you to. Touching our staff may make them feel uncomfortable or unsafe and they may leave with out a refund. Our staff do not go to work to get sexually assaulted. Our strippers usually allow some kind of controlled touching in there performance.
