The Attica Space
20-150ppl • $650 fee or $1000 spend on food and beverage options. Private Bar. The Attica VIP Space is located next to our dance floor and DJ Booth at the back of the venue. The Attica boasts its own private bar and caters for approximately 20-100 people. The Attica Space is our most popular and in high demand; call today to avoid disappointment. The Attic Balcony can be added on to the Attica in some circumstances to comfortably fit 150 people.

At Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar we tailor drink specials to suit each individual function, if there is a particular drink option that is not mentioned below, run it by our Functions Coordinator; we would be more than happy to accommodate your request. When booking out a space in Gilligan’s or The Attic Lounge Bar, you and your guests will automatically receive VIP priced drinks until 3am. You can choose one of the following options;
Dry Till- you specify the types of beverages you would like to be available to your guests and pay at the end of the night (no pre defined dollar value) Limited Tab- you choose the drink selection or have an open selection for your guests to drink to a pre-paid amount. Cash Bar- all drinks are paid for by guests as they are purchased

Gilligan’s music varies each night, consult with your Functions Coordinator to see what is planned on the night of your function. The Attic music styles range from early evening commercial vocal house with a chilled vibe. From 10.00pm the Attic transforms into a club with the latest and best in main room club sounds with a tinge of the underground.

Please Note: After 11pm your decorations will be taken and stored in a safe area as the Lounge Bar progresses into the Night Club. You are welcome to pick these up at a later date.
Booking Conditions and FAQ Booking Conditions and Payments: Please note that the space is not held at the time of enquiry. Should you wish to lock in your function, please fill in and return the Reservations Form attached. A 10% deposit is required to hold your space on the date requested. Confirmed paperwork including invoices, method of payment and run sheets will then be forwarded. Full payment, numbers for the event and catering requests are required at least 4 days before the function date. Wristbands: Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar supplies wristbands for all functions great and small. All wristbands entitle wearer to discounted Basic Beer, Wine and Spirits for the duration of the night of which the event is booked and Free Express Entry to both The Attic Lounge Bar and Gilligan’s. Catering: Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar has its own means of catering no outside food will be allowed on premises. Alcohol: Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar is a Licensed venue and does not allow any alcohol to be brought into the venue, this includes any form. ( e.g. Jelly shots, Gift, etc) Decorations: Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar has its own means of decorating, therefore no outside decorations will be allowed on premises. Dress Standard: Please note all guests of function must abide by Gilligan’s and The Attic’s dress standard of No shorts, Singlets, Thongs or Hats. If the party is a costumed or themed event exceptions may be made, however you will be required to organise this through your space specialist. Under Age: Gilligan’s and The Attic Lounge Bar is a 18+ only venue. Cancellations: When cancelling your function, more than 14 days notice must be given otherwise a fee will be incurred. Cancelling with 14 days notice will incur an administration fee of $50, 7 days notice will incur a fee of $100 and there will be no refund for all functions that are cancelled with less than 72 hours notice.
